How does the $10/seat pricing work?

You're charged $10 for each attendee who participates in the Hoogah networking experience at your event. Most organizers simply add this to their ticket price -- attendees never see it as a separate line item. If your event has 200 attendees, the total cost is $2,000. No setup fees, no platform fees, no hidden charges.

What's included in every plan?

Every Hoogah plan includes AI-powered attendee pairing, custom event questions, personalized conversation starters, 1-on-1 and huddle formats, QR code check-in, a full admin dashboard, real-time pairing analytics, and dedicated onboarding support. You get the complete experience from day one.

How does billing work?

We invoice after your event based on actual attendee participation -- not registrations. You only pay for people who actually scanned in and used Hoogah. For Training Programs, the $750 flat fee is invoiced at the start of the program. We accept all major payment methods.

What's your refund policy?

If your event is cancelled, you owe nothing. If Hoogah doesn't perform as expected due to a platform issue on our end, we'll refund you in full -- no questions asked. We stand behind our product because we've seen what it does for events.

Is there a minimum number of attendees?

Hoogah works best with groups of 20 or more, but there's no hard minimum. We've seen great results with intimate groups of 15 and massive conferences of 2,000+. The AI pairing algorithm adapts to your group size to ensure every attendee gets matched meaningfully.

How long does setup take?

Less than 10 minutes. You create your event in the admin dashboard, customize your 4-5 questions, and generate a QR code. That's it. Our onboarding team walks you through the entire process and is available on event day for live support if you need it.
